PAYMENTS ON SITE
• We operate tokens system on site.
These can be bought at the tokens point with either cash or card.
• Tokens can ONLY be used for drinks on bars.
• Cash and card can be used for food and lockers.
• Cash can be used for elrow merchandise.
• There will be plenty of cash machines on site.
• Tokens cannot be refunded during or after the event.
• Tokens cannot be reused at any other point in time.

Please look after your tokens, we cannot take responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen tokens.

TRAINS & TUBE
Nearest station:
Stratford - 15min walk
Services include Central & Jubilee lines, London Overground,
TFL Rail and DLR.

TAXIS & PRIVATE HIRE
There will be a dedicated drop off and pick up rank near to site. Please direct your driver to the Copper Box Arena (E20 3HB) and follow the event signage.

At the end of the show, you will be able to grab a Black Cab from the taxi rank or direct your private hire vehicle there by giving them the instructions above. You just need to follow the signs on the exit!

BUS
There are multiple buses that can get you to the event. Please use the CityMapper App or plan your journey here with https://tfl.gov.uk/plan-a-journey/

DISABLED PARKING
If you’re a blue badge holder and you require a parking space, you need to book it in advance by calling QEP on 0203 536 2752.

Expect Spanish specialities from Crocus Paella and Croquetas Vigar, as well as plenty of other tasty options brought to you by Butchies, Earl’s Sandwiches, Le Bun, Market Grill, Smokey Tails, Pop Dogs, Spice Box and The Breakfast Club. For desserts - Bar Pompiers’ crepes, alcoholic confectionery from Smith & Sinclair and of course, Love Churros!

We are gluten free, vegan and vegetarian friendly at elrow Town.

You’re NOT allowed to bring any food or drink to the venue.
Should you have very specific dietary requirements, please contact info@lwe.events in advance to arrange bringing your own.

LOCKERS
• Lockers are £10.00 and can be pre-booked here: http://bit.ly/2viG2rw

We strongly recommend you do so as the demand will be very high!

• Lockers are 25cm x 30cm x 40cm. You can fit around 4-5 normal sized jackets in one locker. Bargain!

• Each locker has a combo lock for which you can set your own code. You can go back to your locker whenever you need to during the event.

• Valuables & phones – Because you can access your stuff whenever you like, it is advisable to lock your mobile phone and wallet away rather than carrying in your bag or pocket. Unfortunately, pick pockets are yet again targeting London clubbers.

• On exit – There will be no queue to get your stuff out of your locker.

MEDICAL & WELFARE
If at any point during the event you will need a medical assistance, please make your way to Welfare tent to seek help. Our qualified medical team are there to help you, whether you or any of your friends feel unwell, or even if you just need to escape from the crowd and rest.

To find the Welfare tent, check out the event map, look out for signage or ask a member of staff.

PHONE CHARGING
There is no phone charging facility on site, please make sure your device is sufficiently charged.

It is against the Olympic legacy to sell any cigarettes or other tobacco products in Queen Elizabeth Park. As there is no re-entry, please make sure you have everything you need before entering the festival!

If you find or lose anything, head down to the Info Point, where all lost property is being collected and logged in. After the event please get in touch with us at lost@lwe.events.
Lost property is stored for 30 days from the event date.

As you are aware, the phone thieves and pickpockets are out in force targeting London festivals.

Please be REALLY careful with your handbag and phone. 
• Do NOT put it in your back pocket.
• Do NOT put it in your bag unless you know it is safe from the crafty pick pockets. They can undo zips and pop clasps. 
• Do NOT hand it to a stranger to take a photo of you and your friends. 
• People will be searched on exit at random should we receive any reports of mobile phone theft.

If it does happen to be stolen, the only way we can try and help you is if you can give us a description of the thief and the location of the theft in as much detail as possible.

ID & TICKET SCANNING
All tickets will be checked and scanned on entry. Printing your ticket will speed up entry, but it is not compulsory - having it on your phone is OK too. This event is for over 18s only. Challenge 25 will be in operation so if you look under 25, you will be asked to provide valid photo ID proving you are 18 or over. Please take it as a compliment and if you’re lucky enough to look under 25, make sure you bring your photo ID with you.

The only accepted forms of ID are a valid, in date, passport, driving license or home office approved proof of age card or a foreign national ID card that clearly displays the pass hologram. Photocopies or birth certificates will not be accepted and are not valid forms of photo ID.

VIP TICKET HOLDERS
VIP ticket holders should access the venue via the separate fast-track VIP lane by the main entrance - please follow event signage or ask a member of staff on the way.

ADMISSION POLICY
Please note that you cannot bring pressurised gas canisters into the venue. You will be asked to surrender any canisters or be refused entry.

We operate zero tolerance policy towards illegal drugs and legal highs.

You cannot bring any food or drinkable liquids into the venue. Sun cream, perfume and vape liquids are allowed at the discretion of security staff but only in small containers (like airports) and NO glass.
You are allowed to bring prescribed medication, including EpiPens on site when accompanied by a doctor’s note or valid medical certificate. Medics may need to look at items to verify.
