The new iPhone is out, which means the phone thieves and pickpockets are out in force again.
Please be REALLY careful with your handbag and phone.
- Do NOT put it in your back pocket.
- Do NOT put it in your bag unless you know it is safe from the crafty pick pockets. They can undo zips and pop clasps.
- Do NOT hand it to a stranger to take a photo of you and your friends.
- People will be searched on exit at random should we receive any reports of mobile phone theft. This will be clearly marked at the entrance and in advance on social media.
If it does happen to be stolen, the only way we can try and help you is if you can give us a description of the thief. |

OPENING TIMES
This is a daytime event running from midday to 10:30pm.
LAST ENTRY
Last entry to the venue is 6:00pm.
VENUE ADDRESS
1 Surrey Quays Road, London, SE16 7PJ.
When arriving / leaving please be quiet and respectful, this is a lovely residential area. Please don’t drop litter and respect the local community.
TRAINS
Nearest stop is Canada Water (on the Jubilee line & Overground) and the venue is 5 mins walk down a designated and sign posted route.
CARS
Please do NOT drive to the venue as there is no parking on or near site (if you are a blue badge holder please contact us in advance to arrange parking).
BLACK CABS & MINICABS
DROP OFF: There is a drop off point in the venue perimeter, please tell your black cab or minicab driver to follow the signage on Surrey Quays Road.
PICK UP: There will be a black cab rank inside the venue perimeter as well as a dedicated minicab pick up area. If you’ve booked a minicab, please tell your driver to follow the road signage to the minicab pick up area. Please follow the pedestrian signage at the end of the night to the black cab rank or the minicab pick up area.

| ADMISSION POLICY? |
There is a strict ZERO tolerance drugs policy. Searching is a condition of entry. We reserve the right to refuse admission and confiscate any item which may not be suitable for the event as well as a danger to others or the venue. Detailed searches of clothing, bags and other items, as determined by us in our reasonable discretion, including on entry and exit, will be carried out. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances or contraband goods will be refused admission, ejected from the venue and may also be liable for prosecution.
We reserve the right to refuse admission, for example, if the customer appears to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs and/or is acting aggressively. You are NOT permitted to take legal highs, medication, alcohol, food or soft drinks into the venue. Please get in touch if you have specific dietary or medical reasons for bringing food or medication in.
We have plenty of facilities for everyone, however we strongly advise you arrive before 3pm to avoid queueing for tokens, lockers and the loos.
Customers seen urinating in public areas or using balloons on the way to Printworks will be refused entry.
We will be operating a ‘NO RE-ENTRY’ policy, however all the facilities you may need will be in the venue - lockers (cloakroom), tasty food being sold by 2 vendors (inc options suitable for most allergies), a cashback facility, ear plugs, free drinking water at the bars as well as reasonably priced cigarettes for sale. |

Prohibited Items. We reserve the right to prohibit any item or goods within our venue. Including, but not limited to:
(a) Items which are or may be illegal;
(b) weapons, ammunition, explosives, horns, whistles, drums, fireworks, flagpoles, large umbrellas, spray paint/graffiti pens or any other item which in our reasonable opinion, may cause danger or disruption to any event or to other visitors (regardless of whether or not such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes);
(c) items which artists performing at the event or their management have asked us to prohibit or are otherwise prohibited pursuant to these venue terms.d more here: |

TOKENS
We’ll be operating a token system at this show. Tokens can be used for food, drinks, lockers & cigarettes. You can buy tokens using cash or card. Token refunds are available until 10:00pm from the token desk. Please make sure you are in the queue by this time.
Tokens can only be used on the date that they are purchased.
CASH
Can be used for your locker deposit, cigarettes and at our black cabs taxi rank. Cash back & cigarettes are available at the INFO point.
CIGARETTES
Can be purchased at the event at the INFO point, but smoking is ONLY permitted in the smoking area. The use of electronic cigarettes is permitted nowhere in the venue and only in the permitted smoking area.
FOOD

TOILETS ON ARRIVAL & EXIT
In case you get caught short when on the way to or from our event, we have put portable toilets and 6 person urinal bays for customers to use. These are located outside the library exit of Canada Water tube and some just inside the venue perimeter gates.

There is plenty of seating around the venue to rest your weary legs. |

| TICKETS |
Please be aware of scammers trying to sell fake tickets on social media.
ID & TICKET SCANNING
All tickets will be checked and scanned on entry. Please bring a valid form of ID. Everyone who enters the venue must be over 18. We operate a challenge 25 policy. Printing your ticket will speed up entry, but it is not compulsory. Having it on your phone is OK too.
OFFICIAL TICKET OUTLETS
Ticket Tannoy, Resident Advisor, Skiddle, Songkick, See Tickets, Ticket Web, Dice, Ticket Arena, Festicket use the RA reseller service DO NOT BUY FROM… Stubhub, Viagogo, Gumtree, Ebay or Event Brite (or similar 3rd party) these could be scams or duplicates and we cannot guarantee that these are legitimate.
TICKETING POLICY
Don’t throw your money away folks - we cannot let you in if you have a fake ticket! By purchasing a ticket you will be added to our mailing list. There are always unsubscribe buttons at the bottom of all eflyers sent and once unsubscribed you will never be added again unless you request to be.

| LOCKERS |
KEY DEPOSITS
These are now £10 and can be paid in cash. At the previous price of £5, too many people were walking off with keys and it was costing us more than £5 to replace them!
SIZES
Lockers are £5.00 for a small one (30cm x 30cm x 30cm) and £8.00 for a large one (45cm x 30cm x 30cm). You can fit around 3-4 normal sized jackets in a small one. Bargain! (You will need to pay the deposit on top of this, but you will get it back)
VALUABLES & PHONES
Because you can access your stuff whenever you like using your own key, it is advisable to lock your mobile phone and wallet away rather than carrying in your bag or pocket, unfortunately pick pockets are yet again targeting London clubbers ☹

| ARRIVE EARLY - SET TIMES |
We will release the set times on the day and these will be posted around the venue. Quality music will be on from midday, so get down there and start the party early.
EVENT CHANGES
Should there be any changes to the event, such as opening times or artists, we will notify the ticket holder in advance. Please also keep up to date with news and changes via our social media channels.

Billing is subject to change. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the full, advertised bill performs, this ticket is for an event and not a specific artist/band. Industrial Curation Ltd reserves the right to change the bill or artist running times without prior notice. Should the event be solely one headlining act then circumstances surrounding ticket refunds will be the same as an event cancellation. In the event of cancellation of a ticketed show by Industrial Curation Ltd, their responsibility for refund is limited to the face value of the ticket only (and not the booking fee).
